This workshop will provide an overview to airtightness testing in Part 3 buildings. A background on airtightness testing and requirements will be provided, followed by guidance on how to prepare for a successful test, along with what to do if the results fail to meet the requirements. The Fortis Commercial New Construction program airtightness rebate will also be discussed.

This workshop is targeted at general contractors, owners, and anyone else involved in Part 3 airtightness testing. It will be jointly delivered by Bernhardt Contracting and Focal Engineering.
