Wow, has it been a year already?  It's been an exciting first year, and we're thankful to everyone out there who has shown support, shared ideas, recommended our services and yes, hired us!

Since we're numbers people, here are a few fun facts from our first year:

• 2 office locations: For the last 6 months we've been happy to share space with our friends at co.lab architecture at 1675 West 2nd Avenue, near Granville Island.  Stop by and say "hi" if you're in the area!
• 1.5 staff: We're fortunate to have Danny Taylor join our team part-time and add his skill, dedication and energy to our work.
• ~2.6 million square feet: We've been keeping busy with over a dozen energy models, adding up to over 2.6 million square feet of modelled space.
• 26% energy savings: On average, our projects have found 26% energy savings over their respective baseline.
• 1,300 tons CO2: These savings added up to over 1,300 tons of CO2e reductions.

We're privileged to collaborate with great design teams that work hard to achieve these results, and look forward to continuing these relationships into the future.
